- Adjust the hook-and-loop closure around your wrist and check that the clasp is fully closed before wearing.
After exposure to sweat or moisture, allow the band to dry fully before extended wear. Keep the hook-and-loop fastening free of lint and debris.

No. The recommended wrist range is approximately 150–225 mm. The overall band length includes sections used in fastening and adjustment.
Which option should I choose?
Choose WHOOP 5.0 for a WHOOP 5.0 device, or WHOOP MG for a WHOOP MG device. This band is not intended for WHOOP 4.0.
